Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application.
  • Ability to lead a team of consultants and deliver for the client.
  • Support and Manage System testing, as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Post Production phase.
  • Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities.
  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle.
  • Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies.

Must have Skills and Qualifications

  • Together with an enthusiastic team, we focus on delivering solutions for License Management and Life cycle management with ServiceNow SAMPro.
  • It will be part of your job to a.o. help setup publisher packs and SAAS connectors, setup the lifecycle management workflow and reporting and work on integrations with other IT processes. All done by translating complex stakeholder and organizational requirements into user stories.
  • Refining the user stories, developing and testing the results together with other developers, other agile teams in the ServiceNow area and stakeholders. As a ServiceNow Developer, your main activities are

  • Working with ServiceNow for at least 5 years, developing, configuring, testing, deploying and maintaining ServiceNow.
  • You have knowledge and experience
  • In working with ServiceNow for at least 5 years, developing, configuring, testing deploying and maintaining ServiceNow.
  • One of the ServiceNow applications: ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM)
  • ServiceNow CSA (certified System Administrator) certificate
  • ServiceNow certification (SAM Pro Fundamentals), ITIL or eager to learn.

Nice to Have skills

  • Knowledge of Javascript.
  • Agile/ DevOps way of working
