Role Purpose 职位目的:

The person in this role provides access strategy leadership focus, to ensure the access strategy to be incorporated into early assets planning. The role will need to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to shape each prioritized assets with market access perspective. The person will also need strong access knowledge and expertise and an ability to work with global, regional and local colleagues to prepare the assets for reaching ambitious access and price objective.

The person in this role will need to be able to deliver excellence in early asset access strategy planning, value story preparation , analytics and driving NRDL or alternative access solution opportunity by enhance patient affordability and maximize accessibility

In addition in this role, the person will be expected to build up Market Access Competency model and further drive the excellence of MA team’s capability

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

Work closely with global/regional/ Local team to develop access strategy for early assets, provide strong matrix working with partners in Portfolio, R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, commercial at country, region and global to shape the early assets strategy with market access perspectives.

  • Early assets price & access strategy development for multiple therapeutic areas
  • Create, test and optimize value story for early assets
  • NRDL opportunity vs. alternative payment scheme development
  • Early assets program development and follow-up
  • Access capability framework development and follow-up

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in public health, health economic or medicine.
    • Be familiar with NRDL and access policies, more than 5 years access related experience in pharmaceutical company, working on early assets planning is favourable.
    • Skill and competency: Strong communication skill (coaching, influencing and story telling), good interpersonal skill, analytical skill, strategic thinking, and creativity.
    • Leadership: Accountable to achieve excellence with integrity and through team work, Positive thinking with willing to take challenges.
    • Excellent English writing and speaking skill.
