ABOUT THE POSITION 


The Global Real Estate and Facilities team is responsible for leasing, acquisitions, lease administration and construction globally for all corporate and retail implementation for North America. This role will focus on project management of large-scale office and headquarter buildouts and remodels primarily in the U.S. Additional assignments may include both global projects and retail store buildouts and remodels throughout North America.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

  • Manage corporate office expansion and remodel projects as assigned.

  • Manage both internal and external teams to ensure stores and project design align with brand direction, operational criteria, approved budgets, and schedules.

  • Manage assigned retail store buildouts, store refurbishments, and capital maintenance projects.

  • Develop and communicate schedule to meet lease required opening dates.

  • Accountable for development and management of capital budgets related to assigned projects.

  • Team with procurement, finance, and accounting for process management of all assigned project related expenses.

  • Review and prepare for approval of all projects related proposals and contracts.

  • Coordinate the efforts related to energy efficiency evaluation and project management.

YOU ARE 

  • Excellent at problem solving and making independent judgments.  

  • A rapport builder, exercising strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships across the organization.

  • A wordsmith, crafting clear correspondence and communications.

  • Organized, prioritizing competing tasks with confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency.

YOU HAVE 

  • Experience with bidding, estimating, and budget tracking.

  • Experience with construction/construction drawings and contracts, project schedules, project management, capital budgeting, business documents, financial reports, retail leases, and contract negotiation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction science/management, marketing, business, project management or related field or equivalent through combination of work experience and education.

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in construction, both corporate office and retail stores, preferably with a multi-branded retailer

Note: Travel by airline and auto, domestically, estimated 40% of time. Overnight travel is required.
