Are you passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed, driving innovation, and making a meaningful impact? CO.LAB is seeking a Program Manager to support our Sustainable Mobility Accelerator powered by gener8tor.

Who We Are

The Company Lab (CO.LAB) is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to accelerating startups in the greater Chattanooga region. We support companies from launch to scale. We envision an innovative, inclusive and thriving Chattanooga. We believe that entrepreneurship plays a pivotal role in this vision, and it is our job to empower this daily.

The Role

As Program Manager, you will support two 12-week accelerator cohorts annually, operated in partnership with CO.LAB and gener8tor, to help startups grow and scale. You’ll handle logistics, recruit participants, plan events, and build connections with mentors, investors, and corporate partners. This role is about making startups successful and putting Chattanooga on the map as a leader in sustainable mobility.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all operations and logistics for accelerator programming.
• Recruit startups and support the selection process.
• Organize events, including mentorship meetings and a showcase.
• Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners.
• Track program metrics and collaborate on strategy improvements.
• Represent CO.LAB and gener8tor in the Chattanooga startup community.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with operations, logistics, program/project management, and/or documentation is preferred. Past experience in supporting an accelerator, incubator or venture fund is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and fostering innovation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work some evenings or weekends.
