1. Business & Financial Accountability

  • Own P&L, cashflow, and cost performance of NE & MOD field operations
  • Drive: Margin improvement Cost control (labour, material, rework) Cash collection & billing milestones
  • Lead monthly cost reviews with Finance to identify risks/opportunities

2. Project Execution Excellence

  • Ensure all projects are delivered: On time Within budget To required quality standards
  • Oversee: Installation progress T&C readiness Site execution discipline
  • Drive strong coordination with: Main contractors, consultants, clients
  • Ensure seamless handover to Service organisation

3. Safety & Compliance Leadership

  • Accountable for strict adherence to: OTIS EH&S standards (WWJSSS)
  • Drive: Zero incident culture Site safety governance Subcontractor compliance

4. Quality & Product Performance

  • Ensure all units meet: OTIS quality standards Target performance post-handover
  • Drive: Root cause analysis of defects Factory feedback loops QOP / OFAR performance improvements
  • Lead initiatives to eliminate recurring issues

5. Organisation & People Leadership

  • Responsible for: Team performance & discipline Capability building and succession pipeline
  • Identify skills gaps and training needs

6. Resource & Workforce Management

  • Optimise: Manpower planning Productivity and labour utilisation
  • Oversee: Deployment across projects Subcontractor strategy
  • Ensure efficient utilisation aligned to project demand

7. Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive key account satisfaction through strong project delivery
  • Engage: Developers Consultants Main contractors
  • Ensure: Contract compliance Issue resolution and escalation
