We are excited to introduce a newly created Compliance Data & Reporting Manager position, designed to strengthen how Risk and Compliance teams access, use, and trust data. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys building scalable solutions, partnering across functions, and leading teams to deliver meaningful, user‑focused insights. You’ll play a key role in advancing data governance, automation, and reporting maturity—helping teams better oversee high‑risk products and vendors while enabling smarter, faster decision‑making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution of ongoing work pipeline and objectives, as well as the strategy, design, and delivery of data and reporting solutions
  • Oversee implementation of the Global Risk & Compliance DataMart, partnering with IT to ensure effective prioritization and execution
  • Establish and maintain data quality, integrity, and governance standards aligned with regulatory and organizational expectations
  • Assist in managing legal, regulatory, and financial risks associated with identified emerging legal and regulatory matters
  • Manage centralized reporting platforms, driving automation and efficiency
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on business needs and risk impact
  • Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to support data‑driven decision‑making
  • Serve as a key partner and escalation point for data and reporting issues
  • Collaborate across Risk, Compliance, IT, and external providers to deliver integrated solutions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance analytics, visualization, and reporting maturity
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, agile culture

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in data, business, finance or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, business planning, reporting, or analytics—ideally within risk, compliance, finance, or related functions
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience with a focus on team growth and development
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog prioritization
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Experience collaborating with IT partners and third‑party vendors
  • Project management experience, PMP, CRMP, or similar certifications are a plus
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate complex business information in a clear and compelling way
  • Proven ability to influence and build effective working relationships with internal partners in a rapidly changing environment
  • Comfortable collaborating and partnering with all levels across internal multiple functions, including but not limited to Risk Management, Merchandising, Legal, IT, as well as third-party vendor resources

This position has a starting salary range of $104,800.00 to $136,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
