Introduction to the Internship Program:

As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into sales and business operations, contributing to our mission to deliver top-tier products and services to our customers.

Internship Program Overview:

This 4-month internship program is designed for undergraduate students in Saudi Arabia, providing an immersive experience in the fields of Enterprise sales and channel/partners’ management. Interns will be integrated into our dynamic teams, where they will develop a comprehensive understanding of sales strategies, operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Engagement: Interns will actively participate in sales and channel activities. They will work with peers to  understand customer needs, and communicate effectively product benefits driving sales in both Enterprise and channel/partner sales teams.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales efforts.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gather insights, analyze data, and support strategic sales and decision-making processes.
  • Team Collaboration: interactions with management, colleagues, and customers, while collaborating effectively within teams to ensure productive sales operations.

Skills Development

  • Communication Skills: Enhance communication skills through interactions with management, colleagues, and customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within teams, contributing to productive work environment.
  • Management Skills: Apply various management skills including technical, time management, and analytical skills in real-world scenarios.
  • Decision Making: Develop the ability to make informed decisions using rational methods and critical thinking.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in handling different situations and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate student in a relevant field (IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, etc.)
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language
