Summary

The Waltham office is looking to hire interns interested in working with the Investments team for summer 2025. The role will work day-to-day with both the Private Credit and Real Estate teams, gaining valuable experience while having direct access to senior management. The role offers a generous compensation package and a hybrid in-office/WFH schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Investments team meetings, calls, and presentations to investment committee.
  • Perform industry and company-specific due diligence to support ongoing investment underwriting.
  • Learn about the fundamentals of investing, the broader financial landscape, and the Group 1001 business through meetings and presentations.
  • Underwrite and present a public corporate and commercial real estate investment opportunity to the Investments team using company filings, industry data, and other sources of information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Students either graduating fall 2025 or spring 2026.
  • Team oriented self-starter with strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
  • Interest in investing and managing a portfolio of assets
