Summary:

In this role, you will manage a team of network- specific Product Advisors. You will be responsible for the oversight of various aspects of delivery, including product implementation, training, utilization, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will provide input on technology features, functionality, and roadmap design. This involves staying up to date with the latest industry trends and understanding customer needs to help shape the direction of the product. Your expertise will be valuable in identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements that align with customer requirements.

Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting senior management by gathering and preparing data metrics for customer business reviews. This involves analyzing relevant data and presenting it in a meaningful way to help drive decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Advisors and Analysts responsible for implementing and training members on supply chain analytics and data management tools.
  • Ensure high member utilization and overall satisfaction with supply chain analytics and data management tools. 
  • Collaborate with product strategy and product management teams.
  • Product P&L responsibility for revenue and expense to budget.
  • Interact with sales and client management teams to support customer renewals and routine business reviews.
  • Support senior leadership on high profile sales opportunities by acting as subject matter expert on supply chain analytics and data management tools.
  • Manage Network specific reporting and analytics. 
  • Ensure performance is in accordance with performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with sales team on opportunity pipeline management.
  • Monitor department workload and allocate resources to ensure proper workload balancing and on time completion of deliverables.
  • Create network messaging, standardization for the Network groups.
  • Accountable for overall strategic relationship management between Networks and Data Management teams.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills needed.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with all levels of a member’s organization preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $168,800.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
