Contract Management Operations - Management of Change (MoC) Lead

Description -

As part of the Global Customer Experience (CXP) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at HP Inc, Contract Management Operations (CMO) manages the Order to Invoicing operations for Services Business

CMO MoC Lead will be key Global role in CMO leading real time change management and tracking mechanisms to support the organizations strategic direction.  They are also responsible for defining and executing stakeholder communication, Governance and employee engagement strategy and supporting the leadership team to foster an effective work environment to achieve operational excellence.

You will help deliver business growth to HP through:

  • Designing and implementing a change management structured plan that maximizes user adoption and minimizes resistance. 
  • Designing and implementing the stakeholder Governance & Communication strategy
  • Monitoring adoption and recommends strategies to overcome adoption roadblocks; drive a mindset of transformation and change.
  • Executing the defined engagement model to track, measure and improve key performance indicators for the organization.
  • Effective execution of the market and CMO engagement that ensures collective understanding of key challenges and opportunities to improve customer experience in each sales market.
  • Driving employee engagement and internal communications activity within CMO with the objective of improving employee engagement as measured by the annual Voice Insight Action employee survey.
  • Supporting the development of effective executive-level presentation materials for executive reviews and delivering presentations and updates to stakeholders and impacted user groups.
  • Leading a variety of short-, mid- and long-term initiatives that require coordination across functions.

  • Ability to engage with all levels at the company and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to inspire and drive individuals across multiple initiatives to deliver a common objective.
  • Confident and effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of management, delivering a combination of consensus and directive driven interaction.
  • Excellent in delivering messages through data and facts with visual representation of those.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and influence.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in change and project management of large-scale process and/or infrastructure transformation impacting customers and internal stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Strategy and Planning and/or business operations roles

Preferred

  • Experience in project management and stakeholders’ engagement and management  
  • Experience in large multinational Technology Industry organization
