The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager to lead the development and support of the Navy’s next-generation SIGINT, EW, and IO systems. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, technically diverse team committed to advancing electronic warfare capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Management: Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team, ensuring successful delivery of products and systems that meet stringent customer requirements.
• Project Oversight: Plan and manage technical, cost, and schedule performance, working closely with engineering leads. Oversee the full hardware systems development lifecycle, focusing on the development, integration, and maintenance of mission-critical systems.
• Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with IPT leads, program managers, and customers to establish technical requirements, develop project plans, and identify risks and opportunities. Communicate project status and performance to stakeholders at all levels.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry and company standards, including safety, quality, and security protocols.
• Innovation & Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IPT team.
· Integration, Assembly, Check-Out and Test of electronics hardware, including RF assemblies and firmware, processing, racks and cables
· Assures teams and subcontractors perform to approved technical and management baselines.
· Meets delivery commitments, including data and intermediate milestones.
· Assures all internal teams have and properly manage the resources needed to achieve assigned objective, to include personnel, IT, facilities, etc.
· Works with assigned Subcontracts Managers to manage one or more subcontractors, including major subcontractors
· Ensures subcontracts have been properly negotiated, documented and in place prior to any work being conducted.
· Ensures subcontractors maintain proper focus and priority on their subcontract.
· Ensures obligations to the Subcontractors are met
· Resolves performance issues
· Ensures the subcontractor's cost and schedule baselines are integrated seamlessly into the overall program baseline and satisfy contractual requirements.
· Identifies and manages technical, cost and schedule risk. Control change process.
· Ensures hardware and software purchases required by the program meet schedule, cost and technical.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hardware systems management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related field, or Management.
• Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
• Experience: Estimating costs, managing project/program financial performance, and using standard project management tools.
• Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams or projects to successful completion.
Desired:
• CAM Experience: Control Account Management (CAM) experience within the past 5 years.
• EVMS Knowledge: Experience with DoD Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Technical Expertise: Experience working on Electronic Warfare and SIGINT systems.
• Team Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
