Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic guidance to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage and oversee the execution of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution. - Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. - Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency. - Support the development and implementation of project management best practices. - Assist in the development and management of project budgets. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in project management practices. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in project management methodologies and techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. - Experience in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA. - Ability to analyze and interpret project data to drive informed decision-making. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
