CDK Global is the leader in providing integrated technology solutions to automotive dealerships world-wide and is looking for a Sr. Account Manager for our Heavy Truck OEM business team. The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for development, retention, and growth of a strategic CDK OEM program and the corresponding activities that make up success for this program.
The Sr. Account Manager has oversight for OEM account initiatives and the resources needed to achieve strategic business goals aligned with assigned programs. The Sr. Account Manager provides leadership and high-level oversight to the matrixed internal CDK teams responsible for delivering OEM program success including customer support, billing, product & technology, and operations. The successful Sr. Account Manager employs strong external and internal relationship management skills to ensure client objectives are understood, managed, and executed while maintaining alignment with CDK’s priorities and business strategy. Must be able to oversee and orchestrate large scale, high impact projects and ongoing program initiatives, ensuring that business objectives are understood, communicated, managed, and optimized to achieve target program results.
A highly successful Sr. Account Manager own success for existing CDK OEM business that includes a large-scale high-volume customer platform. Is accountable for retention of existing business and future growth paths.
Must live in one of the following locations: Chicago, Charlotte or Denver

Salary Range: $135,000-$155,000 + Annual Bonus + Benefits
