Job Description:

Responsibilities & duties:

  • Identify & implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct leads generation campaign with strong monitoring and tracking to meet KPI and objectives.
  • Analyze current leads management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research and manage leads database utilizing relevant digital ecosystem to create a good customer experience and achieve maximum performance.
  • Lead nurturing through the conversion funnel to drive new business.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and other internal departments to make the program run smoothly in a timely manner toward achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on leads generation and conversion metrics.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, services and tools in order to facilitate the sales process and to perform effective lead management process.
  • Provide data analysis to provide an accurate and timely report/information to management

Skills / attributes required:

  • Experience with research and managing database
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other leads management tools.
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience in digital marketing, including utilizing digital channels/tools
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

Qualifications / experience required:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in Lead Generation and Lead Management, sales, or marketing, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  • Proven track record in managing lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Experience or have knowledge in Digital Marketing activity and campaign
  • Previous experience working in financial industry (banking or insurance)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
