We zijn op zoek naar een Mechanisch Technician binnen de maintenance organisatie van Dow Benelux in Terneuzen (Nederland).

Als Mechanisch Technician ondersteun je onze plants met het onderhouden van de installaties. Je past je technische kennis en expertise toe om onze site logistics afdeling te onderhouden en repareren. Samen met ons Maintenance Team werk je aan de verbetering van de betrouwbaarheid van al onze productie faciliteiten. Door middel van training en ervaring ontwikkel je de kennis en vaardigheden om een verscheidenheid aan werkopdrachten te kunnen uitvoeren.

Tijdens je werkzaamheden is het belangrijk dat je nauw samenwerkt met je collega’s van Site logisitics, zodat de problemen geïdentificeerd en opgelost worden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Diagnosticeren en corrigeren van problemen met apparatuur.
• Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
• Helpen bij het prioriteren en plannen van onderhoud samen met de planner, werkcoördinator en operationele input.
• Testen, meten en repareren van alle zaken op en rond site logisitieke equipment
• Het oplossen en herstellen van storingen.
• Documenteren van storingsanalyses.
• Verzamelen van gegevens over de werking en geschiedenis van de apparatuur om betrouwbaarheidsverbeteringen te vergemakkelijken.
• Het werken binnen de gevestigde werkprocessen en daarnaast helpen bij het oplossen van problemen die zich voordoen als gevolg van het inplannen van de werkzaamheden.

Kwalificaties

• Je hebt een technisch MBO4 diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde, scheepswerktuigkunde
• Je hebt relevante werkervaring bij voorkeur in maintenance omgeving.
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van de Engelse taal is een plus

Jouw Vaardigheden

• Probleemoplossend vermogen - Vaardigheid om de oorzaak van problemen te onderzoeken en effectieve oplossingen te vinden.
• Onderhoudsvaardigheden - Ervaring met preventief en correctief onderhoud aan elektrische systemen.
• Zelfstandigheid - Vermogen om storingen zelfstandig te ontdekken en te repareren.
• Mechanische vaardigheden - Basisvaardigheden in mechanisch werk om in de fabriek te kunnen helpen.
• Elektrisch & Instrumentatie (E&I) vaardigheden - Basisvaardigheden in E&I is een voordeel.
