Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver tailored clinical training sessions in coordination with Sales and Service teams.
Conduct engaging training sessions both on customer sites and at the GE HealthCare Academy.
Produce clear and structured post-training reports, including customer feedback and follow-up actions.
Contribute to customer satisfaction through continuous education and personalised support.
Support the development of digital learning content (videos, e-learning modules) and participate in webinars.
Develop strong expertise in assigned products and clinical applications, becoming a trusted point of reference.
Collaborate with Sales teams to support commercial strategies and enhance product value through demonstrations and clinical case reviews.
Represent GE HealthCare at industry events, trade shows, and conferences through presentations and product demonstrations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Radiography, or related field).
Solid clinical and technical knowledge, ideally in medical imaging, with a preference for CT (Computed Tomography).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Good command of English.
Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken).
Valid driver’s licence.
Willingness to travel frequently within Belgium and Luxembourg (and occasionally France).
