YOUR ROLE AS A (N): Intern, Media & Sales Support

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Media & Sales Support Intern to join our team. This role is designed for a proactive individual eager to learn the ins and outs of media monetization, brand management, and sales operations. You will directly support the Sales Executive and the broader Media Team in executing sales campaigns, managing client pipelines, and helping us showcase the power of the airasia brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Media Operations Support: Assist the team in managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and updating CRM systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collateral & Proposal Creation: Help prepare compelling sales decks, media kits, and business proposals for potential brand partners and advertisers.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging media opportunities within the ASEAN region to provide actionable insights for the sales team.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery and onboarding of media assets for clients.
• Account Management Assistance: Support the management of existing accounts by organizing client feedback, monitoring campaign performance, and assisting with post-campaign reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media/Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a talent for storytelling and presentation building.
• A highly organized individual with good attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn across different functions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets); familiarity with CRM tools or design software (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
• Duration: Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months.
