We are currently looking for a Senior SD-WAN Engineer to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! The Senior SD-WAN Engineer will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize SD-WAN solutions following industry best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of IP communication and routing, security protocols, and experience with SD-WAN technologies. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional with strong interpersonal skills, able to consult effectively with customers, and a strong drive to deliver high-quality network solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain SDWAN networks according to industry best practice
- Collaborate with customers to understand their networking requirements and work with Architects and Sr. Network Engineers to provide effective solutions
- Configure and mange Cisco SDWAN routers via vManage based on company standards
- Knowledge of network automation tools such as Ansible, automation tools and or API scripting with Python
- Conduct research on networking issues and products as required
- Provide excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support

Key Skills:
Domain Expertise:
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing SD-WAN networks following industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of IP communication and routing (OSPF, BGP) is required.
- Working technical knowledge of network and security protocols (IPSEC VPN, AAA, Dot1x, TrustSec, NAT, QoS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Palo Alto security products (Next Generation Firewalls, Panorama, Prisma) is recommended.
- Certifications in industry-leading network products: Cisco (CCNP) are a plus.
- Experience consulting with customers and providing technical support.
