Job Description:
The principal responsibilities include:
•General Desktop Services
•Build and Packaging
•Implementation & Delivery Services
•IMAC Services (Install, Move, Add, Change)
•Break/Fix Support
•Remote support
•Device Provisioning and De-Provisioning Support
•Mobile Support (Install, Move, Add, Change, troubleshoot)
•Voice Support (Install, Move, Add, Change, troubleshoot)
•Contact center support (Install, Move, Add, Change, troubleshoot)
•Working with local vendor to get quotes for new devices
•Coordinate with Admin team and Business to get the purchase order released to the vendor
•This involves providing front-line support for remote users and deskside support for site support. It includes managing and delivering operational activities relevant to end-user supported equipment and applications that make up the desktop platform1.
•Build and Packaging by working with the offshore team, this includes creating and maintaining software packages for deployment, ensuring that all software is properly configured and tested before being rolled out to Japan users.
•Implementation & Delivery Services, This involves the deployment of new hardware and software, ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and effectively1.
•IMAC Services (Install, Move, Add, Change) This includes setting up new equipment, relocating existing equipment, adding new components or software, and making changes to existing configurations1.
•Break/Fix Support: This involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime for users1.( include, network, laptops, mobile devices, Ipad, printers, etc)
•Working with other offshore teams to make sure the end users request and handle and completed on time
•Device Provisioning and De-Provisioning Support: This involves setting up new devices for users and decommissioning old devices, ensuring that all data is securely transferred or erased as needed
•Maintain all the hardware inventory for the site. ( All Hardware at the site include, network, laptops, mobile devices, Ipad, printers, etc)
•Work with the user to file a complain in the device are lost
•Work with the service desk to get help from other teams
•Coordinate with network team if the site has network issues
•Work with support team to set up the Local printer
•Create support ticket with local vendors lik HP, Microsoft,etc incase issues is not resolved
•Office Door Security System
