The Red Hat Business Operations team is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Intern to join our Latin America (LATAM) Reporting and Analytics team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will help us to provide the highest quality data to our stakeholders by delivering accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information.
What you will do
Analyze continuously the existing processes and systems in the Sales team
Create new, improved systems and processes using our technology
Analyze business practices; communicate and train new processes for the Sales team
Support sales opportunity management in a customer relationship management (CRM) tool like Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Oversee monthly and quarterly processes including data analysis and reconciliations
Be responsible for operational input into various projects
Communicate closely with other functions including Finance, Channel Operations, Marketing, Sales and Services teams
Investigate ways to improve reporting
Create user-friendly sales figure reports for the field teams in coordination with data issued by Finance and Business Intelligence teams
Deliver training for Sales and other functions
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree ongoing, preferably in business, IT, or engineering, with graduation at least in December 2025
Background using SFDC or other customer relationship management (CRM) tools OR Office systems (spreadsheet, word, and presentations tools)
Excellent spreadsheet management (Excel, LibreCalc, google sheets)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and status of sales business to required stakeholders and different audiences
Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
