CA - Westlake VillageWhat you'll do:
The Post Purchase Specialist is responsible for the operational management of client relationships, providing quality service, assisting internal departments, following up on escalations as needed, and documentation requests.What we are looking for:
• Manages high volume pipeline
• Responsible for 1 hour PPR critical doc collection request
• Communicates with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication
• Reviews documentation and requesting documentation when needed
• Responsible for 24 hour refund/invoice submissions
• Runs daily reporting, managing aged loans, complete multiple task daily
• Ensures all Post Closing Secondary Pool Edits are completed daily
• Handles the Post Purchase Escrow Holdback Pipeline
• Must maintain quality of 90% or higher
• 2 hour response time to all request (internal & external)
What you need to have:
• 1-3 years of mortgage experience, with a thorough ability to recognize and review basic mortgage documentation
• Experience in Post Closing preferred
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel preferred
• 3+ years experience in Mortgage Operations Excellent communication skills
• Customer service focus
• Ability to handle high production and performance expectations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform highly detailed world with multiple interruptions
• Ability to identify and solve problems with a strong attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products
