Position Responsibilities:
Assist in the expansion, maintenance, and local implementation of the multi-channel marketing department's channels and the company's overall channel initiatives.
Responsible for the initial drafting, breakdown, and achievement supervision of annual, quarterly, and monthly targets for the multi-channel marketing.
Plan, execute, and track marketing activities for the multi-channel marketing.
Develop, communicate, promote, and manage the fulfillment of competition programs for the multi-channel marketing.
Organize and conduct internal and external meetings and events for the multi-channel marketing.
Assist the multi-channel marketing head in setting up and managing expense control and compliance for expense usage.
Promptly report any non-compliance incidents or potential risks discovered during the work process, including compliance management related to expenses, and provide corrective or improvement suggestions.
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Possess excellent communication skills and have a good command of reading and writing in both Chinese and English. Proficient in using various Office software; familiar with the use of new media tools and software. Hold a bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university program; preference will be given to candidates with majors in finance, insurance, economics, marketing, management, or related fields. Have at least four years of experience in the insurance industry or related fields.
