Job Requirements:

• Build schedule of classes and delivery of expert facilitation for enterprise initiative as well as new hire and skill development training, both in person and virtually.  Serve as the program manager for enterprise skill development programs.

• Perform strategic analysis and customer consultations with business partners, including leadership teams, to determine business needs for enterprise learning and development solutions.  Provide vendor management oversight for facilitation vendor partners.

• Provide feedback and coaching to leaders, business partners, SMEs, and contract facilitators on facilitation and presentation delivery.  Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for vendor facilitation partners and VPs for divisional workforce planning leadership workshops.

• Conduct performance-based measurement assessments on learning programs to determine effectiveness and goal measurement.  Recommend, design and implement interventions to bridge performance gaps.  Manage budget and perform cost / benefit analysis on enterprise continuous delivery programs.
