About the Role

The Associate Director, Investment Governance and Performance Reporting will oversee the governance framework and investment performance reporting for the company’s investment portfolios.
This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing investment decision-making processes, and providing comprehensive performance reports to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investment governance, strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership capabilities.

  • Governance Framework: Develop and maintain a robust investment governance framework that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Performance Reporting: Lead the preparation and delivery of detailed performance reports, including analysis of returns, risk metrics, and benchmark comparisons.
  • Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of the investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s investment objectives and risk appetite.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate investment performance and governance matters to internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors, investment committee, and regulatory bodies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with investment activities and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of investment data used for performance reporting and decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including risk management, compliance, and finance, to support the overall investment strategy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company’s investment activities comply with all relevant regulations (Insurance Commission, BSP, and SEC).
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve investment governance and performance reporting processes.
