Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage and drive strategic programs and projects in key areas. - Serve as the owner of key processes and ensure their successful implementation. - Assist the lead in managing team engagement, budgets, and related reporting. - Apply deep expertise and knowledge to support teams as a subject matter expert. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. - Data Conversion is Must Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - Strong understanding of program and project management principles. - Experience in managing and driving strategic programs and projects. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A minimum of 15 years of Full time education is required.
