Project Role Description : Oversee application architecture and deployment in cloud platform environments -- including public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud. This can include cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring.

• Minimum of 4 - 7 years’ experience in supporting and developing Genesys Cloud platform. Participate and contribute during migration activities from Genesys Engage to Cloud. Troubleshoot issues within the Genesys cloud environment. • Experience in Genesys Platform, Genesys SDK, GVP – IVR platform, Workforce management. • Genesys Cloud CX concepts, Work experience on Architect • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated to the L3 team. • Create and maintain documentation for L2 Support resources. • Problem Management, perform root cause analysis and take preventative actions. • Adheres to support processes and best practices. • Strong verbal and written communication skills"
