Job Summary:
ExtendAg seeks an experienced and highly motivated Business Analyst to support our growth strategy and maintain operational excellence within the agri-food industry. This role will leverage industry expertise in food processing, contract management, and grower payment systems to ensure exceptional customer support, retain critical domain knowledge, and drive process improvements.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize software solutions, improve customer relationships, and deliver value-added professional services, contributing to ExtendAg's niche and specialized fit in the agri-food supply chain.

General Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Support
- Serve as a central point of contact for customers, initially focusing on grower payment solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and provide tailored recommendations for process improvements and feature utilization.
- Manage high-impact customer accounts to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Domain Knowledge Retention and Application
- Maintain and apply specialized knowledge of Agriculture operations and how customers leverage ExtendAg products and services to manage their raw product supply chain.
- Act as a subject matter expert to support customer service teams and product development initiatives.
Analysis and Problem Solving
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer and prospective customer business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Translate complex customer requirements into clear deliverables for technical teams.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve interactions between customers and internal teams.
- Standardize best practices for customer management and software implementation.
Strategic Contribution
- Provide industry insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership for scalable growth initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and align software capabilities with market needs.
