The Third-Party Program Change Management Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

The Third-Party Program Change Management Lead will be responsible for coordinating and managing the overall change management process for Citi's Third-Party Management (TPM) Program. This is a broad, complex program with many components and frequent changes and enhancements. The role will engage globally across all of Citi's 1st Line businesses as well as 2nd and 3rd Line functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, tracks, and leads weekly change management process for Citi's TPM Program.
  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
  • Applies in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function; and, requires basic commercial awareness.
  • Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in change management activities and understand the schedule and impacts.
  • Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
  • Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Demonstrated skills working across multiple stakeholders and business groups
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong relationship management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
