What We'll Bring:

As a member of the Financial Systems team, this Information Technology Director role will participate in the design and development of complex solutions in PeopleSoft especially Order to Cash (Pricing, Billing and Accounts Receivable) to support the Global Finance and Accounting organization. The role is also responsible for helping define, implement and enforce standards and best practices within systems and integrated processes. Financial Systems Team is an integral part of Global Associate Technology Solutions (GATS) that is focused on delivering high quality solutions for business partners in Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Procurement. Our mission is to partner with business teams to support regular BAU, Month end close, system enhancements and bring Next Generation of solutions to meet current and future demands.

What You'll Bring:

Partner with Finance end-users to understand and analyze complex business problems; Determine cost effective options to resolve issues Understand business requirements around products, pricing and accounts Receivable modules and map to PeopleSoft application configurations Partner with consulting suppliers and product organizations to bring innovative and effective solutions Design and develop solutions for PeopleSoft to support users, new product and services Support PeopleSoft Finance user requests in regarding questions such as system navigation, batch processing, queries, table and data maintenance, etc. Prioritization - Work closely with the Finance team to ensure that project roadmaps are focused on efforts that provide the highest business value; Requirement Gathering - Elicit, capture, analyze and document business requirements Estimating – Prepare estimates for proposed solutions Design – Assist with design process to help reach desired solution Deliver - Drive the delivery of solutions from concept to implementation Advisory - Provide information and advice on technical and functional aspects of PeopleSoft

Impact You'll Make:

Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 version Deep understanding of PeopleSoft Application Architecture, Development Tools such as Application Designer and BI Publisher etc., Configuration and table structure Hands on experience supporting and implementing PeopleSoft Billing, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules Expertise in understanding batch processing, dependencies between the Jobs and executing batch process including month end close Experience in working and supporting multi-country, multi-currency and multi ledger environment

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
