1. Office Administration & Asset Management

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related assets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely procurement.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle, including allocation, repair, and disposal.

2. Contract & Vendor Management

  • Manage contracts related to in-house subcontracting, dispatch workers, and vehicle rental services.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor contract renewals, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Employee Welfare & Support

  • Administer employee welfare programs, including family event support (congratulations/condolences).
  • Coordinate internal communication related to employee benefits and welfare policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries on general administrative matters.

4. Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and execute internal company events, meetings, and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.

5. HR Administrative Support

  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, document management, and personnel record updates.
  • Assist with recruitment logistics, interview scheduling, and HR data reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for HR policies and programs.
