What you will do

  • Shape custom implants to match design using hand tools, belt grinders and abrasive wheels
  • Polish implants and instruments for final finish.
  • Apply grit and glass bead blast to implants and instruments

What you need

  • Has a good work ethic and can be part of a team
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment requiring OT on occasion
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Can use basic measurement tool (calipers, gauges etc.)
  • Aptitude for working with small parts (metal and plastic)
  • Belt grinding and deburring, working with hand die grinders and abrasive wheels
  • Polishing small parts
