The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Part Time Regulatory (ETW) role will make an impact:

• Performs and supports all administrative tasks (payments, POs, meeting organizations, travel arrangements, department announcements, etc.)

• Updates global and local databases/lists periodically; run reports from the systems

• Carried out all regulatory related compliance tasks. Compliance, administrative and system updates

• Archives all regulatory documents and information

• Makes related announcements to inform all counterparts within the company

• Supports translations of required documents into local language and in English

• Supports labelling related tasks (proofreading, package & leaflets control, etc.)

• Ensures that all regulatory files are correctly maintained and secured

• Prepares monthly reports

• Prepares submission of monthly stock-out announcements

• Supports colleagues within the department as needed

• Supports audit readiness

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• 4th year university students from Pharmacy or 3rd year university students from Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering

• Desire to have career in Regulatory field

• Able to work minimum 3 days/week for minimum 1 year

• Excellent command of English

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Result oriented, open minded and eager to learn
