Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Documentation Creation:

Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including but not limited to Proposal, Offering presentations, Customer success story, user guides, whitepapers, technical document and others.

2.Content Collaboration:

Collaborate with Cybersecurity specialists, IT teams, Solution Team and other subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of the documentation.

3.Security Policy Documentation:

Assist in the development and documentation of security policies, standards, and procedures.

4.Project Management:

Manage multiple documentation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

5.User Assistance:

Develop FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other support documentation to assist users in understanding and resolving technical issues.

Others

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree , MBA or equivalent

Experience:

5 - 6  years of experience in technical writing with IT company or consultancy. Good to have strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and tools.

Writing Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content.

Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
