WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Director of Go To Market Korea, and will work closely with Nike’s internal Sales, Nike Direct Stores, Nike Digital, Merchandising, Demand and Supply Management (DSM), Marketing, Finance, and Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) teams in Korea, as well as teams in Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) to drive a best-in-class sell-in experience both physically and digitally.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience in driving operational excellence, planning, or sales
- Expert knowledge and ability to use Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, browser-based web applications and other PC-based applications
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Sense of responsibility to complete assigned work
- Influence and negotiate effectively
- Able to work with all levels of management
- Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a GTM Activation Exp & Samples Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating the best sell-in experience to land our Sport Offense strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate sell-in process by managing samples, executing showroom, and maximize digital tools, tracking coverage, documenting, and reporting any gaps and missing to Geo Samples lead
- Drive operational excellence in meeting (Seasonal Kick-Off, Pre Seasonal Partner Alignment, and Seasonal Partner Alignment) set-up and cordination of showroom experiences and seasonal activations for Sales and NSP, and Digital Partners
- Design and execute showroom with actual samples and digital tools to deliver our strategy to internal and external partners during Pre-SPA (Pre Seasonal Partner Alignment) and SPA (Seasonal Partner Alignment)
- Maximize digital tools, contents to deliver seasonal priority and innovation more impactfully in showroom, including the implementation of new FW wall constructs and the execution of seasonal initiatives classified as Keep It Tight
- Develop and maintain an assessment of showroom needs and required investments, keeping the space well-equipped to support sell-in moments for Sales and NSP Partners
- Personalize digital tools, contents for the products lacking physical samples during SPA (Seasonal Partner Alignment) for the best sell-in experience
- Lead the seasonal local Look Book photoshoot, and leverage the assets for showroom and retail
