We are looking for a dynamic leader to join CARAT, a dentsu company, and to drive innovative, data-driven solutions for our clients. In this role, you will leverage our organization’s full capabilities – strategy, services, and insights – to deliver exceptional results and strengthen client relationships. You’ll work with cross-functional teams of specialists, ensuring outstanding service and collaboration while immersing yourself in clients’ businesses to understand their challenges, objectives, and success metrics. This position requires strong leadership across teams and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Leverage the organization’s capabilities and expertise across strategy, services, and data and insights to deliver innovative and creative solutions for clients.
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to senior client and industry stakeholders.
• Lead and support specialist teams, ensuring strong collaboration and excellent client service.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, including their challenges, objectives, industry landscape, and success metrics.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across teams within the organization.

What you’ll bring

• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and solve problems in a client-centric environment.
• Proven ability to build, nurture, and retain both client and employee relationships.
• Strong leadership experience, including developing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with financial data and managing budgets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance channels, such as SEM, SEO, social media, and display.
• A high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
