Focusing on major corporate customers in Japan and overseas, we support the development and transformation from digital experiences such as mobile and web to business systems, using the Lean & Agile development process that CI&T has about 30 years of knowledge. Last year, CI&T launched a breakthrough AI-powered platform that redefines the nature of software and digital development, enabling service delivery to drive new levels of efficiency and innovation. CI&T Japan branch provides such technology to Japanese customers.

Job Description:
The professional will work in Tokyo, managing one or multiple projects end to end, along with managing long-term engagements as well as providing leadership for our local and remote teams. The manager will help CI&T to grow opportunities on new projects within existing and new customers.

We are looking for someone skilled in SAP project engagements or who has knowledge about SAP, including but not limited to:
1 - Communication (contact with several different management levels);
2 - Management of:
** Scope (several projects and complex application development/support);
** Schedule (several projects and support engagements with challenging SLAs);
** Cost and resources in a very dynamic matrix environment.
** Risk - High quality standard and risk mitigation skills;
3 - Ability and agility to track, monitor and resolve project and support issues and to master communication providing sound Service Level indicators and great client satisfaction.
4 - Enthusiasm for problem solving, Genchi Gembutsu, tireless work for continuous improvement, constantly putting the bar at a higher level to deliver more value to our business partner.
5 - Work cohesively with other Business and IT groups on project/support related matters and jointly determine engagement strategy.
6 - Working and delivering projects using Agile Methodologies/techniques Building team relationships, managing dynamics to help develop skills for quick and continuous growth.
7 - Excellent listening, coaching, group facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
8- Well developed interpersonal and client relationship skills and managing expectations.
9 - Experience  in IT, specially managing development of web applications, preferably on the digital marketing/e-Commerce domain
