WORK YOU’LL DO

The Project Manager role serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, and communicates with other management, developers, product managers, and technical support specialists in a dynamic, agile environment.  The role will encompass the following:

  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings
  • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress, risks, and changes, including burndown charts
  • Coach and enable the development teams in practicing the Agile principles
  • Assist with planning and grooming the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and sharing information
  • Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs
  • Identify and remove team impediments, prevent distractions
  • Facilitate team discussion and conflict resolution
  • Empower the team to self-organize
  • Shield the team from interruptions during the sprint
  • Resolve obstacles that affect the team

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

Basic Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding and appreciation of Agile mindset, values and principles
  • 3+ years of experience as scrum master while facilitating teams in complex environments comprising of multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience of facilitating scaled agile delivery using frameworks like SAFe®
  • Experience with Agile delivery management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Planview, etc.
  • Fluency in French is nice to have
  • Reliability clearance eligibility required

Preferred Qualifications:

Agile Scrum Master certifications like SAFe, iCAgile, CSM, PMI-ACP, etc
