Can you inspire, lead and grow a pediatric practice? We’re looking for a “growth engineer” aka office manager extraordinaire! The Practice Manager is the foundation of Leap Kids Dental success. Through consistent daily monitoring, and weekly reporting, the Practice Manager is Leap Kids Dentals’ front-line supervisor and business manager.
Responsibilities:
The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business. And ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to. The Practice Manager's goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created.
You Must Have:
Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred).
CPR training (preferred)
1 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
Good conflict resolution skills.
Proven work history of excellence.
