- Category Planning & Development: Achieve category growth and market share gains by strategically planning business tactics like Joint Assortment Planning, Forecasting, Promotion strategies, Partner services to implement long-term assortment strategies.
- Seller Support: Drive and manage relationships with vendor partners for multiple tiers and ensuring alignment with business objectives through joint business planning.
- Assortment Curation & Expansion: Maintain a curated assortment mix and performance to position Target as the destination for your assigned category and business.
- Global Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate locally and globally across teams, work closely with Product, Technology, merchandising teams to drive holistic planning and business results.
About you:
- 6+ year degree, B.S., B.A., B. Com, B.B.A.; Advanced Degree/ MBA Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Key account management, Vendor Management, merchandising operations or inventory management to support ecommerce business
- Financial and analytical skills are highly desired to manage account profitability with Strong forecasting, problem solving, decision-making and detail orientation.
- Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with management in national accounts, and across internal cross-functional departments.
