We are now looking for a Team Leader for Non-Life domain to join our successful multinational team in Bulgaria and help develop applications for our Insurance Business customers in Europe. Together we grow professionally and take part in the integration of a global platform for product and policy administration – a complete solution for managing the whole insurance business, which has more than 100 implementations in 25 countries across the world.

Daily challenges

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic software development and/or maintenance team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Take lead development roles on projects including responsibility of the full development lifecycle and architectural decisions.
  • Cultivate a positive and high-performance company culture that fosters innovation and collaboration.
  • Ensure industry best practices and standards are utilized to deliver a high quality, efficient services.
  • Uphold and enhance customer satisfaction, promptly addressing and resolving customer escalations.
  • Enhance, upgrade, and optimize existing software solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and review feature design documents and provide input/ update to specifications for the solution.
  • Understanding and ability to work in agile Scrum and DevOps environments.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members.

Experience and skills required

  • 5+ years of experience with GraphTalk 
  • Knowledge in the Financial or Insurance sector
  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or related technical field
  • Practical experience with REST and SOAP API technology would be an advantage
  • Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Good command of English as the working language
