Starting Compensation:

24.36 USD Per Hour

Working Location:

San Jose: North San Jose Center (In-Person Position)

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday-Friday, AM shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

• BA degree in a social science field required. MA degree preferred.
• Parent, other relative, or friend of a consumer of mental health or other social services OR
• Two (2) years of experience in mental health or Social Services or public housing fields.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Valid California Driver's License.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

The Resource Specialist works directly with youth and families who are in the Teammates Wraparound Program. The Specialist clients, and families in identifying and accessing resources for housing, Family Finding, social supports, and any other identified needed services.

Division/Program Overview:

• Provides mental health services to youth involved in juvenile and child welfare systems.
• Participates in 24/7 on-call system; pay differential.
• Wraparound approach provides services to entire family.
• Services provided in community, home-based, and juvenile justice systems (Ranch, juvenile hall).
