The Digital Revenue – Revenue Management team manages the sales pipeline for the PGATOUR media sales team, revenue share and COGS impact by platform (e.g., Golf Digest, GolfWRX, DP World Tour), and assists with inventory and rate card strategy with the media planning and systems team. This part-time role reports to Revenue Management Specialist and will provide support for various departmental and cross functional efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Positive attitude with an interest in the Sports Media and Digital Advertising space
  • Capacity for data analytics; comfortability performing analysis of large data sets and communicating results and recommendations
  • Attention to detail and keen to accuracy Quick learner and comfortable working with new software and systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Must possess advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) skills
  • Golf knowledge/background a plus

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Implement weekly programmatic title blocks on behalf of PGA Tour partners on the PGA Tour website and app. Manage communication with vendor for prebid blocks.
  • Monitor Google Ad Manager Creative Ad review center for poor ad creative.
  • Update and create programmatic yield reports for PGA Tour inventory and other publishers (Golf Digest, GolfWRX, and DPWT). Share internally with Director of Revenue Management and Senior Manager of Audience Activation.
  • Provide Quarterly COGS amounts to Senior Director of PGA TOUR Finance for purposes of COGS bill back to Golf Digest.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management department on seasonal model forecasting of advertising inventory.
  • Maintain weekly revenue and capacity reports for Golf Digest. Share with external stakeholders.
  • Assist with measuring sponsorship impression delivery across TOUR’s responsive web and app.
  • Produce monthly or quarterly programmatic summaries to external stakeholders off Google Data Studio dashboards.
  • Assist Revenue Management Specialist with monthly invoicing summaries for Golf Digest, GOLFWRX and DP World Tour.
  • Assist Revenue Management Specialist with audits of partner revenue shares in systems.
  • Handle monthly programmatic revenue entry for TOUR and Vendor sourced revenue in order management system.
  • Share monthly advertising impression delivery on PGA Tour’s Xumo channel and monthly indirect revenue on PGA Tour, Golf Digest, and Skratch/ProShop’s YouTube channel to Senior Manager of Media Business Development.
  • Expected to lean in on other projects with other departments in Revenue Operations.
