Job Summary:
The Finance Entry Analyst is an introductory position where individuals support financial operations by performing basic data analysis and assisting with report generation.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources
• Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision making
• Create and maintain databases to track financial information
• Develop financial models and forecasts to assist in financial planning
Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders
• Ensure financial reporting complies with company policies and procedures
• Communicate financial results and analysis to key stakeholders
• Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance
Budget Management:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets
• Track and monitor budget performance against actual results
• Identify and communicate any budget variances and their impact
• Make recommendations for budget adjustments to improve financial performance
Auditing and Compliance:
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Identify and report any issues or discrepancies found during audits
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Assist in the preparation of financial documents for internal and external audits

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Practical understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.
• Ability to understand and explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to meticulously document and track project details and changes.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
