The opportunity  
As an Accounts Payable Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor. Through active stakeholder management, you deliver true partner experience: you optimize relationships, you deliver excellent personal service level performance, you are a connector and guide the business, you ask thoughtful questions with the partner needs in mind and if needed bring the right people together fast. You’ll shape our ways of working and scale what works through training and clear communication.  

This position offers remote work possibility from Estonia and Sweden.

How you’ll make an impact  

• Work closely together with Center with a One Team/Voice mindset. 
• Be the eyes and ears of the Center (shares insights). 
• Act as a change enabler, through training and communication to stakeholders.  
• Understand the end-to-end process. 
• Drive Continuous improvements together with the Center
• Act as a connector, who knows where to go to, know whom to talk to, knows how to do things. 
• Be someone where you can bounce ideas off, look to for advice.  
• Drive transformational projects, if needed. 

Your background  

• Degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent experience.
• End-to-end accounts payable experience. 
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.  
• Working knowledge of change management practices.  
• Experience with ERP.  
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on, and delivery focused. 
• Fluent in English.
