Job Description Summary

This position will assist with various human resources tasks. Student worker may support multiple areas of the human resources department including HR Services, Total Rewards, Employee Relations & Title IX, and/or Learning & Development.

Job Description

Duties and Tasks:

  • File, data entry, processing of employment applications, and other administrative support.

  • Manage a multi-line phone system and distributing calls as needed.

  • Manage and coordinate administrative and office functions.

  • Act as a liaison with University campus offices.

  • Collect data for report preparation.

  • Maintain all necessary paperwork associated with human capital.

  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge:

  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

  • Must be a currently enrolled FWS eligible Saint Leo University student.

Skills:

  • Excellent oral, written and analytical skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Abilities:

  • Ability to plan and organize work.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work well with others
