Job Summary

Create seamless experiences for our people, with consistent tools and analytics to support business processes for the Strategic Planning and Project Management Team in Comcast’s Global Entertainment organization. Develop and lead a team that can effectively understand the data and tooling needs of cross-functional users. Develop and execute a strategy to maximize data capabilities, improve tooling efficiencies and provide business process insights.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define, measure and report on performance metrics for processes governed by the Strategic Planning and Project Management Team.
  • Setup tooling infrastructure to support the end-to-end project lifecycle (requests through delivery), including optimization and integrations between tools
  • Create robust reporting to support the planning process, including managing the asks to all business partners and communicating back to stakeholders
  • Stand-up reporting for each planning ceremony automating where possible.
  • Create analytics to track process effectiveness, throughput and delivery and other defined KPIs
  • Create automatic measurement and monitoring of the planning process, including change requests, in a simple dashboard
  • Develop and execute a plan to maximize self-service capabilities for internal and external partners
  • Proactively communicates throughout organization to support, build and drive continuous improvement and change adoption.
  • Train, hire and development of staff. Performs staff performance assessments, salary reviews and bonus awards. Establishes career path.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $127,851.37 - $191,777.06

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
