We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across all channels for customers.
Digital initiatives include in-clinic digital communication through iPad and mobile apps, websites strategy and design, social media, mobile, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, influencer campaigns and content development, publishing, and optimization.
Essential qualifications
Candidate should be Graduate and MBA. Degree in digital marketing is an added advantage
Experience
8+ years’ experience in healthcare industry or technology /consulting companies who has a dual experience of brand management (marketing) & Digital marketing.
Skills:
Strong understanding of brand management, brand growth levers, evolving customer needs & their behaviors
Understanding of evolving digital space & emerging technologies/channels/platforms and its relevance to the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in developing customer journeys, content developmental models & channel mix to build robust multichannel programs to enhance customer experience.
Ability to identify and deploy analytics frameworks/KPI's to measure digital campaign effectiveness and ROI optimization
Stakeholder management & strong influencing skills
Strong project management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategy
Ability to develop and contribute to the long-term roadmap for digital marketing for EPD business.
Strong business acumen and external landscape to provide digital adoption to drive customer centricity.
Opportunity to partner on both the B2B and B2C digital marketing efforts
Planning & performance for brand building
Co-create integrated Marketing campaigns for brands by focusing on customer journey, robust content model & appropriate channel mix to build multichannel programs for brands while working closely with the marketing team
Lead and optimize media planning/ buy-in for all digital platforms
Utilize strong analytical ability to deploy KPI model across multichannel and drive business towards data driven decision making for marketing campaigns
Work closely on Abbott internal customer management platform to drive campaigns, measure KPIs & collaborate with other business affiliates & stakeholders.
Lead organization level initiatives for HCPs & Patients to represent its brands
Evangelize digital solutions that are deeply integrated with the brand/therapy’s strategic objectives.
Monitor, track and reports results of performance of digital marketing initiatives along with competitor benchmarking.
Study social media trends and come up with innovative solutions to make strategic recommendations to the brand teams.
Manage third party digital agencies/health-tech partners by providing directions in the development of our Digital Marketing Strategy as well as collaborating with the concerned agencies in the execution of related specific programs.
Work with agency partners to plan, buy and optimize media to acquire customers via relevant digital channels, like Social, SEO, SEM, Display Advertising, Affiliates and E mail
Leading in the development and execution of CRM programs, integrating people, process and technology, affecting different cross-functional teams (Brand, Medical, Legal and Sales)
Drive digital innovation by building use cases for first-to-market digital initiatives that can be scaled up in future
Build capabilities & knowledge of the Brand teams in Digital Marketing & Social Media Other requirements: ·
Play lead role in digital pitches; First point-of-contact for all digital inquiries. · Provide creative and effective digital solutions basis brand team’s requirement and brand need. ·
Acquaint brand teams with digital and social media to make them comfortable with these channels and integrate them into their current brand strategy. · Plan, sell, and implement all digital campaigns. · Provide strategic solutions to integrate digital and social media into existing brand plans. ·
Ensure that team members are aware of and adhere to agency procedures and best practices. ·
Long-term project planning; working with brand team to ensure that resources are in place and projects timings are planned efficiently.
Stakeholder collaboration
Drive thought leadership for change by influencing stakeholders across all levels.
Working with the stakeholder ecosystem - vendors, partners, internal and external stakeholders
