About You:

We are seeking motivated and diligent individuals with a passion for learning and problem-solving to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and make meaningful contributions to our team throughout the summer. The ideal candidate has a proactive attitude and thrive in a team environment, while also being capable of tackling tasks independently. What You’ll Do:

Please note that interns are selected for one practice area only.

First-year students are only eligible for Program Operations and Delivery. All other practice areas require Sophomore status and above.

On the application, you will be prompted to select your top 2 areas of interest from the following practice areas:

  • Analytics: Dive into data analysis, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive client performance. You’ll be assigned to a project focused on solving a business problems for one of our clients. Depending on the project, your role could emphasize data engineering, data preparation, modeling, or even generative AI solutions. This internship offers an opportunity to develop data-driven strategies that inform key decisions and drive success for clients.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives that advance client goals. You’ll optimize strategies, analyze data, and create presentations that showcase key insights and recommendations, all while gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategy.
  • Go-To-Market: Play a pivotal role in demand generation, maintaining and optimizing customer data with tools like HubSpot and 6sense. You’ll assist in list building, data hygiene, and marketing operations, contributing to the execution of impactful demand generation strategies.
  • Digital: Gain experience across social media, SEO, and CRM by rotating through these focus areas. You’ll optimize social strategies, support SEO initiatives, and help manage CRM systems, contributing to digital marketing strategies that enhance client engagement.
  • Program Operations & Delivery: Support our loyalty and incentive programs through customer service, data management, and project coordination. You’ll handle communications, manage data, verify program eligibility, and resolve issues while developing essential skills in customer and program operations.
  • EPMO (Enterprise Program Management Office): Support project management across internal and client projects. You’ll help develop documentation, co-create timelines, assist with financial management, and ensure adherence to project standards, all while learning project management tools and best practices.
  • Corporate Development: Assist the executive team in executing M&A strategies by analyzing acquisition targets, supporting live transactions, and preparing presentations. Gain hands-on experience in corporate development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • Must currently be enrolled in a 4-year BA/BS program or master’s program, in any major, at a university in the United States.
  • Must have completed Sophomore class status or above
  • Have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Be able to complete a 10-week program beginning in June 2025.
  • Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in one of our offices (Detroit, Ann Arbor, Charlotte, Wilmington)
