General Information:


Provide financial and business related data analysis, and analytics on existing facilities (plants, warehouses, service centers, and offices) within the Hitachi Energy America's Region. The role delivers analysis of data, and provides Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the real estate function.  

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple internal customers on projects and presentations.
  • Assisting with collecting and analyzing existing information and data related to all existing and new real estate assets
  • Assisting with tracking and reporting Capital Projects 
  • Use MS Excel - Provide financial analysis related to lease deals
  • Use MS PowerPoint – Present findings back to team and leadership
  • Use MS Power BI - Data gathering and reporting

Your Background:

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university for an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management, or related field of study, preferably rising senior
  • Completed coursework in Finance or Real Estate is preferred
  • Relevant work experience is a plus
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, & Teams)
  • MS Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps, & Pages) 
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Teams) and collaboration techniques within these tools. 
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
