What you will do

We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a critical position within our Talent Acquisition team. By joining PGIM’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of recruitment activities and initiatives, supporting business units within UK, Ireland and across Europe. You will receive well-rounded exposure to numerous areas of recruiting, including: sourcing, scheduling, reporting, employer branding, diversity & inclusion.
As the ideal candidate you have experience forming relationships, influencing stakeholders and executing flawlessly. Your experience with processes and technologies will help elevate our recruitment strategies. What you can expect

Partner with TA team to assist with coordinating/scheduling all phases of the interview process, ensuring best in class candidate & hiring manager experience.

  • Partner with TA team to assist with coordinating/scheduling all phases of the interview process, ensuring best in class candidate & hiring manager experience.
  • Create effective job advertisements, ensuring maximum network outreach.
  • Support user adoption of Workday system for TA team activities.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with the HR community to enable and facilitate effective hiring practices across all Real estate hires in UK /Europe.
  • Effectively utilize workday to enhance the recruitment process across the business group.
  • Collaborate with other members of the talent organization and HR business partners to determine workforce planning, recruiting/sourcing strategies and selection criteria.
  • Building effective pipelines of external talent to meet the business demand for current and future requirements including securing talent through multiple search methods
  • Management of any associated third-party activity relevant to the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives, collaborating with the wider HR teams.
  • Support local TA digital marketing and communications initiatives.

What you will bring

  • Experience in either Talent Acquisition/Talent Coordination 
  • Expertise in supporting Asset management/Investment management businesses will be advantageous
  • Direct experience with the Workday Recruiter product suite will help you be successful in this role.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers and leadership.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience within a recruitment environment supporting a matrix organization.
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition and creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced organisation with a passion for problem solving and implementing more effective ways of working
  • Research skills and ability to navigate complexity and drive simplicity.
